The Bollywood and Political Personality attended the funeral that occurred at 6:30 a.m.
Shah Rukh Khan, Madhur Bhandarkar filmmaker, Ranbir Kapoor, Sachin Tendulkar, Siddharth Roy Kapur, Raj Thackeray, Shankar Mahadevan, Shraddha Kapoor, Asha Bhosle, Usha Mangeshkar, Alka Yagnik and many more at the cremation ceremony Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray also paid their last respect for the remains of the legendary Mortal singer.
Eight Imam dressed in white arrived to do the final rite. The sandalwood block was placed on his body while the priests shouted spells. Late Lata Mangeshkar’s Brother Hridaynath accompanied by his son Aadinath Mangeshkar turned on the funeral pyre.
